ความรับผิดชอบ ลักษณะงาน At We Tour (Thailand) Ltd., a successful inbound tour operator in Thailand, is looking for a Tour Operator based in Chiangmai. He/she will be responsible for contacting our suppliers e.g. hotels, tour agencies, attractions around thailand, replying client’s emails, including the following scope of work: Roles & Responsibilities: • Make reservations for hotels, tours, transfers etc. • Provide documents e.g. tour/hotel vouchers, itinerary, air-tickets, train tickets • Arrange tour programs and make quotations • Reply customer’s enquiries (English correspondences) • Fluent in Chinese is a bonus
คุณสมบัติ Qualifications: • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, Finance, or any related fields • (tourism field is a plus) • 0-3 years of experience in reservation (new graduated are welcomed) • Have a profound knowledge in the Thai travel industry and very experienced in tour operating, costing and quotations is a bonus • Good in written and spoken English • Computer literate: MS Office and Excel • Service minded • Able to work under pressure and long hours during high season • Able to work during weekends and on public holidays (occasionally) • Thai or Chinese nationality
