| ความรับผิดชอบ ลักษณะงาน Responsibilities • Setup, installation, configuration of Laptops and Desktops (Windows OS) including basic computer hardware maintenance. • Responsible for onboarding process, including creation of accounts, email and other user request services • System and network infrastructure troubleshooting, daily monitoring • Setup and prepare IT device and environment for staff. • Diagnose/troubleshoot hardware, software, and network performance. • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, security systems, printers, scanners, mobile phones, telephone systems, display systems, access control system and CCTV. • Ensure a smooth of work both in head office and site offices. | |
