|  ความรับผิดชอบ ลักษณะงาน  Your Responsibilities • Contact and coordinate with the customers. • Build up and maintain good customer relationship, handle customer enquiries and coordinate with responsible personnel of various departments in order to provide prompt and qualified solution • Work closely with related department to ensure that orders are processed in line with customers’ delivery requirements. • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. • Liaise between other departments and the customer to provide the service most suitable to the customer’s needs.  | |
|  คุณสมบัติ  Your Skills and Experiences • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field. • At least 2 – 5 years experiences in Logistics industry, sales experience is preferred. • Good command of communication skill in English, PC Literate, Excel, Power Point • Excellent teamwork and leadership skills. • Commercial awareness and customer focused. • Ability to manage multiple accounts, activities and projects • Strategic thinker to deliver initiative • Analytical skills, clear and concise communication skills • Results driven and flexible to travel as needed and appropriate • Ability to work independently, conscientiously and under pressure. • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Product knowledge and MNC experiences. • Inter-personal skills.  | |
