| ความรับผิดชอบ ลักษณะงาน JOB-SCOPE Once any of our websites receives sales, you will be given with the sales information, and it will be your responsibility to pack and ship the orders to the customers the same day. It would be convenient if you live near the post office since you will need to send packages almost every day. JOB DESCRIPTION ● Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner ● Continuously monitor and update inventory levels and make sure the inventory stock is always accurate, notifying supervisors of potential stock out issues. ● Collect and organize incoming inventory deliveries in designated storage areas. ● Inspecting the received inventory for damage, flaws, and irregularities. ● Reading and deciphering work orders. ● Packing the merchandise for delivery. ● Transporting the packed items to the logistic partners. ● Finalizing the work order and updating the database with a complete report. ● Track all orders using delivery software and communicate with logistic partners until the package reaches the receiver. REQUIRMENTS ● You should understand moderate English, to commiunicate with other colleagues. Ability to speak Thai language is a plus point but it's not very necessary. ● You should stay nearby the Post Office, You should post orders almost everyday From ThailandPost. ● Personal Computer / Laptop ● A Clean private room to store the inventory with no access to any third parties. ● You shouldn't have any Pet living in the room. ● Internet at home BENEFITS ● Work from home ● Yearly bonus ● Paid transportation and all expenses WORKING HOURS ● We send the orders to you, you require to ship the orders the same day or within the next working day. You are very flexible to arrange your time as far as you are shipping the packages on-time. ● You should be available to post orders from Monday to Saturday during the working hours. ● We are following Thailand public holidays. ● You should be always available responsive in the group chat during the working hours.
