We are seeking a Sales Manager-Residential Leasing to join our leadership team with previous cross-industry experience in regional startup, venture capital, and leading multinational companies Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager- Residential Leasing The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth; He or she will build new channels and drive onboarding of both property owners and tenants Key Responsibilities ● Identify potential property owners and landlords to expand the rental property portfolio ● Showcasing the property and negotiate lease terms and conditions with tenants ● Develop and implement strategies to attract new tenants and increase occupancy rates ● Build sales team and manage the team to meet quarterly KPIs ● Conduct market research on rental trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies ● Collaborate with marketer to create compelling rental listings and advertising campaigns ● Identify and expand property listing channels, partners, and co-agent network | |
| คุณสมบัติ Qualifications ● Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field ● 1 to 5 years experience in residential real estate rental sales or property management ● Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends, rental laws, and regulations ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships ● Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize ● Self-motivated and target-driven, with track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals ● Strong leadership, management, and strategic thinking skills ● Familiarity with sales performance metrics ● Fluent in English and Thai | |
