Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, organizing and executing charging pile installation and fitting service projects in Thailand. Determine project objectives, scope and delivery time, and develop corresponding project plan and resource allocation strategy.
Lead and manage the charging pile installation service team, including engineers, technicians and construction personnel. Coordinate the work of team members to ensure the efficient operation of the project team.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and requirements, and provide professional advice and solutions according to the actual situation. Ensure the project can meet customer's expectations and requirements.
Monitor and manage the progress of the charging pile installation service project to ensure that the project is carried out according to plan, and make timely adjustments and deal with delays.
Coordinate and manage various resources required for the project, including human resources, equipment and materials. Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and partners to ensure the supply and support of resources required for the project.
Develop and execute quality control plan for charging pile installation service projects to ensure the quality of project delivery meets the requirements. Supervise and evaluate the construction process and results, conduct quality checks and improvements.
Regularly report project progress, including project milestones, cost and quality to supervisors and relevant stakeholders. Communicate effectively with relevant parties to resolve issues and provide project support.
Responsible for the safety management of the charging pile installation service project to ensure that the construction process complies with the relevant safety norms and standards, and to ensure the safety of construction personnel and equipment.
Manage the contract and business terms of the charging pile installation service project to ensure the compliance and smooth progress of contract fulfillment.

Requirements:

Fluent in Chinese and Thai
Responsible, strong learning ability, interested in charging pile installation business, fully committed; have the ability and determination to learn charging pile installation related knowledge quickly from scratch.
