1. Create and explore new opportunities, and open up new prospects.
2. Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings; research and assist with clients and new prospects.
3. Prepare and present the proposals to potential clients, marketing goals, and challenges to develop effective strategies and solutions.
4. Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all communication.
6. Understand clients' business objectives, marketing goals, and challenges to develop effective strategies and solutions.
7. Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress, campaign performance, and new marketing opportunities.
8. Anticipate and address client concerns or issues promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
9. Collaborate with the internal marketing team (creative, content, digital, etc.) to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that align with client objectives.
10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and deliverables are of high quality.
11. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare performance reports to present to clients, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
12. Managed and accomplished the brand events and communication activities to boost brand awareness.
13. Established and managed new social media platforms, targeting and engaging desired audiences.
14. Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding the scope of services offered to existing clients.
15. Support business development efforts by participating in client pitches, proposal creation, and presentations.
16. Work closely with the finance and operations team to develop and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
17. Allocate resources effectively to meet client needs and maximize agency efficiency.
18. Stay up-to-date with marketing trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and suggestions to clients.
19. Prepare and negotiate contracts, service agreements, and other legal documents in collaboration with the agency's legal team and clients.
