ความรับผิดชอบ ลักษณะงาน
• Answer questions and provide support for both customer and dealer.
• Manage a volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with knowledge and efficiency.
• Identify and address customer needs with a goal of total satisfaction.
• Provide expert answers to questions about products, pricing and after-sales service.
• Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries regarding quotes, complaints, returns, and warranties.
• Maintain daily recordings and documentation of issues and resolutions in a database for sales, marketing and management teams to review
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for communications.
คุณสมบัติ
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to solve problems and multitasking skills (Voice and Non voice)
- Experience in Automotive Industry will be a plus
- Engage with customers in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional customer experiences and nurture lasting relationships
