ความรับผิดชอบ ลักษณะงาน
• Responsible for client development, understanding market trends, devising
strategic plans, expanding, and maintaining relationships with new and existing
clients, and establishing long-term, stable customer relations.
• Explore customer/channels needs and potential, develop marketing plans using
diverse market approaches, and achieve business growth targets.
• Understand customer/channels requirements, provide product and service
introductions, and recommend suitable product service solutions.
• Responsible for client maintenance and operations, assist in product launches
and promotional activities, and improve customer acquisition conversion rates.
• Complete sales tasks according to the sales process.
• Establish and improve databases of potential clients or channels, actively develop
internal and external resources, and follow up with prospective clients.
• Establish good relationships with clients and track the learning outcomes
throughout the entire learning process to ensure clients achieve their learning
goals, increase customer satisfaction, and work on renewals.
• Participate in other marketing activities, proactively develop channels, identify
potential clients, and develop referrals.
• Participate in various training programs organized by the company to maintain
proficiency in business and operating systems.
• Collaborate with the team, complete additional tasks assigned by superiors, and
contribute to the mutual improvement of personal and team value.
คุณสมบัติ
Job Requirements:
• No educational restrictions, but candidates with a bachelor's degree or higher will
be given preference.
• Experience as a sales consultant and in the education industry is also preferred.
• Proficiency in both Thai and English communication. Chinese, Japanese, and
Korean languages is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent ability to expand client base, sales-oriented mindset, clear logical
thinking, effective communication, and resource integration skills.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented, with enthusiasm for work and a pioneering spirit.
• Able to take on challenges and handle pressure, with excellent teamwork abilities.
สวัสดิการ
35000-50000 ( including KPI salary) +commission
