ความรับผิดชอบ ลักษณะงาน Job Description • Perform as a customer service by answering phones call from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints • Handling and resolving customer inquiry by providing customers with the organization’s service and product information or routing inbound calls to the appropriate parties. • Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the direct manager • Ensure timely and prompt processing as per committed SLA. (Work under time constraints) • Perform KYC review as a maker role on new investor and borrower, but not limit to be a checker if required • Process E2E onboarding and perform regular review and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders if there’s any pending or additional required document. • During day-to-day operations, require working closely with various internal and external stakeholders (IR/RM, Compliance, Credit & Risk team) to complete required processing and resolve issues arising. • Participate in general operations processing functions, proceeding physical Debenture certificate including pack and courier envelope to designated mailing address and handling other ad-hoc tasks where required. • Perform any other duties or obligations as may be instructed or assigned by the Company to you | |
คุณสมบัติ Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in management or related field. • Experience in Management/Operations job. • Good communication skills (both writing and speaking), English is a plus. • Have service minded attitude and able to work under pressure. • Effective team player with good interpersonal and good attitude. • Proficient in technology especially Microsoft Office applications. | |
