ความรับผิดชอบ ลักษณะงาน • Implements and delivers Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting/dashboard reports and financial reports • Oversees and manages the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting • Works cross-functionally with key business partners in the development and management of their budgets and forecasts • Analyzes current and past trends in key performance indicators, including all areas of revenue, BOM/Labor/COGS, liquidity, and capital expenditures • Improves performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in process • Analyzes financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes • Prepares presentations to the Senior Management Team • Communicates and delivers information to the investors/lenders where needed • Identifies and collaborates to automate finance processes • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operation. | |
คุณสมบัติ Qualifications: • Thai national only. Required Education/Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. • Good command of English to communicate and cooperate with US and EU colleagues. • At least 4-5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance. • CPD or CPA certifications preferred. • 2-5 years of supervisory-level experience in Finance & Accounting. • Proficiency in MS Office and Cloud Based accounting systems • Ability to drive process and systems improvements. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to build strong, cooperative relationships with stakeholders. Skills/Abilities and Attributes ● Exceptional analytical abilities and expert in MS Excel or similar ● Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of financial statements and US GAAP. ● Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to regularly interface with executive management. ● Ability to handle tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing; effective multi-tasking and organizational skills are vital. ● A proactive, self-directed approach and the ability to learn quickly. ● Delivering final work product on time (or ahead of schedule), that has been thoroughly reviewed and reflects superior attention to detail, minimizing the potential for mistakes. ● Creative problem solver with the ability to synthesize complex and diverse information from disparate sources and deliver comprehensive, balanced, and actionable insights, leveraging intuition and experience to complement findings in data. ● Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization ● High level of ethics, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality ● Effective written and verbal communications skills; ability to express ideas clearly and actively listen to others ● Team oriented, with a strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment to multiple deadlines ● Excellent time management with an ability to balance multiple projects and timelines and to meet deadlines ● Positive attitude and strong work ethic ● Demonstrated experience of dealing with high volume administrative workloads. ● Confident when communicating with employees at different levels across the organisation, including managers and director ● Empathy with employees who have a wide range of needs and requests ● Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures and compliance requirements | |
