ความรับผิดชอบ ลักษณะงาน
Job Description Responsibilities:
● Develops financial analysis and financial model for the valuation of securities such as pricing for offerings or M&A transaction
● Conducts due diligence process
● Conducts researches to perform various analysis in preparation for pitching with clients
● Produces presentation materials to convey key messages, prepares and reviews valuation of a business
● Assists deal execution process including corporate finance, regulatory and marketing process
● Drafts and prepares prospectus and/or information memorandum and/or road show materials
● Assists senior bankers in servicing and maintains client relationship

Requirements:
● Master Degree in Finance or Accounting
● At least 2 years' experience in investment banking, IPO Support function investment to financial management
● Strong analytical skill, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, and positive attitude
● Excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
