ความรับผิดชอบ ลักษณะงาน Our customer is looking for: a SENIOR COMMUNITY EXCUTIVE Responsibility: 1. Student Support and Engagement: ● Serve as the first point of contact for students and prospective learners, providing prompt and accurate information about company's IELTS courses. ● Address inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. 2. Enrollment Assistance: ● Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, ensuring all their questions are answered and their concerns are addressed. ● Assist with the completion of enrollment forms and the submission of required documentation. 3. Customer Relationship Management: ● Build and maintain strong relationships with students, fostering a supportive and welcoming environment. ● Follow up with students to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction with our services. 4. Data Management and Reporting: ● Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system. ● Prepare regular reports on customer service activities and identify customer insights and areas for improvement. | |
คุณสมบัติ 1. Language Skills: ● Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely. ● Proficiency in English (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent) is a plus. 2. Experience: ● Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. ● Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or student support role, preferably within the education sector. ● Familiarity with CRM systems and data management is a plus. ● Preferred: Demonstrated track record improving customer service performance. 3. Skills and Competencies: ● Strong customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills. ● Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. ● Proficiency in Google sheet, Google doc, excel... ● Professional, proactive, and positive attitude. ● Adaptability and willingness to learn. | |
