ความรับผิดชอบ ลักษณะงาน Responsibilities : - Responsible for overall accounting and financial management, including financial accounting, settlement, fund management, expense control, budget management: financial reporting, tax management - Responsible for special projects related to financial management process optimization and system improvement. - Responsible for BOI inspection report and annual operation report.
คุณสมบัติ Qualifications : -Bachelor’s degree - Fluency in Chinese/English is preferred - Applicants with Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualifications are preferred. -More than 3 years of experience in financial and taxation management, with experience in financial management processes and financial systems。 - Familiar with the real estate, property, and commercial real estate industries, and understand laws, regulations, and tax policies. Have legal knowledge and risk management awareness。 - Chinese proficiency HSK level 5
