"Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective marketing and communication strategies that drive sales and enhance our brand presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in marketing management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, communication strategy and action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Provide direction to external marketing agencies (SEO and Ads optimization) and oversee their performance to ensure alignment with company goals and directions.
- Set clear marketing targets and allocate budgets effectively to maximize impact.
- Monitor budget expenditures and adjust as necessary to optimize marketing spend.
- Oversee digital marketing, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and press.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Develop competitive pricing and promotional strategies that drive customer engagement and sales.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Good team management skill
-Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing management or a similar role.
-Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO and analytics.
-Experience in budget management and strategic planning."

เงินเดือน 50k-80k ตามประสบการณ์ และความสามารถ
