ความรับผิดชอบ ลักษณะงาน • Provide pre-sales support for IT security products, including design and technical advice • Present and demonstrate products to customers. • Conduct product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs). • Design technical solutions to meet customer needs. • Lead the creation of technical solutions, proposals, and tender responses. • Assist in the sales process by responding to Requests for Information (RFIs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). • Compare IT security products to recommend the best solutions for customers. • Stay updated on technical knowledge and resolve complex technical issues for customers
คุณสมบัติ • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent • Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar role • Knowledge in Cybersecurity Framework will be added advantage. • Demonstrate broad knowledge of IT Security solution functionality and business solutions • Experience in supervising, implementing and supporting IT Security solution • Abreast of the latest technologies and technological opportunities • Proven experience in working in IT Security projects • Has experience working with vendor in agile methodology
