ความรับผิดชอบ ลักษณะงาน As an Study Abroad Salesperson at Next Move Finland, you will represent our company by promoting our courses and programs to students and parents, providing guidance on suitable educational pathways, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Your responsibilities will include: - Recommend suitable courses and programs to students and parents based on their educational needs and learning preferences. - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving problems, and handling complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction both offline and online. - Responsible for our offline and online inquiries and services with different channels such as by Phone, Email, Facebook, Line Official, Instagram etc. until 21.00 - Handle administrative tasks such as generating invoices, receipts, and managing service agreements for clients in a timely and efficient manner. - Support students and parents the whole process such as consulting and preparing documents, residence permit application, meet and greet at the airport. - Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and educational counselors to foster trust and loyalty towards Next Move Finland. - Assist in organizing and participating in Next Move Finland's events, including exhibitions, delegation trip, summer / winter trip, workshops, and information sessions, to promote our programs and engage with prospective students and parents. - Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and ensure alignment on educational offerings and customer needs. - Maintain an organized database of student profiles, enrollment data, and other relevant information to track student progress, analyze customer trends, and support decision-making processes. - Coordinate assigned tasks and projects, prioritize workload, and ensure that deadlines are met consistently to deliver high-quality service to our customers. - Proactively identify and address potential challenges or obstacles and develop innovative solutions to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. -Company accounting, income, expenses, report etc. - Other tasks assigned by manager.
