ความรับผิดชอบ ลักษณะงาน Responsibilities: 1. Organizational Support for Events: - Assist in the preparation and organization of cultural programs, including exhibitions, workshops, lectures, performances, and other events. - Prepare materials and props for events, ensuring their availability and readiness for use. - Coordinate with other departments (technical, administrative, marketing, and rental) to implement cultural programs and private events. 2. Executing Center Strategy and Developing Events: - Implement events in line with the center's planned strategy and cultural program development goals. - Develop and adapt events according to the center's objectives and strategy, ensuring alignment with the center’s mission and goals. 3. Administrative Tasks: - Maintain documentation and reporting for each event. - Organize and manage event schedules, keeping the events calendar up-to-date. - Process requests for purchasing or renting materials and equipment required for programs. 4. Liaison with Artists and Participants: - Communicate with artists, lecturers, and other event participants to coordinate details and participation terms. - Ensure timely reception of participants, accompany them, and assist with their setup at the venue. - Address participant questions and provide necessary support throughout the preparation and execution of events. 5. Coordination with Visitors and Guests: - Provide informational support to guests and visitors, answering questions about cultural programs and events. - Assist in organizing guided tours and coordinate with tour guides. - Ensure a high level of service for all visitors, managing entry, helping with navigation within the venue, and promptly addressing any issues that arise. 6. Support for PR and Marketing Initiatives: - Collect materials and photo reports from events for subsequent use in PR and marketing. - Contribute to the preparation of informational materials about events, assist in updating website and social media content. - Prepare short reports on events for internal use and marketing teams. 7. Support for Program Evaluation and Improvement: - Collect feedback from participants and guests on cultural programs, analyze and organize this information. - Participate in developing proposals to improve the organization and content of cultural programs. - Prepare brief reports on event outcomes and participate in debrief meetings to improve future programs. | |
คุณสมบัติ Required Qualifications for a Specialist: Minimum Qualifications: 1. Educational Background: o Bachelor’s degree in event management, cultural studies, arts management, tourism, or a related field. 2. Experience in Event Coordination or Cultural Programming: o 1-2 years of experience working in event planning, cultural institutions, or a similar role involving program organization and public engagement. 3. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: o Strong communication skills for coordinating with artists, participants, and visitors, and the ability to provide clear, welcoming support to guests. 4. Organizational and Time Management Skills: o Excellent organizational skills to handle event schedules, manage logistics, and coordinate with multiple departments. 5. Basic Administrative and Documentation Skills: o Experience with maintaining event documentation, updating schedules, and managing requests for materials and equipment. 6. Technical Skills: o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with tools for updating websites or social media platforms. 7. Advanced Language Skills: o Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish, or Chinese) would be an asset, especially for interacting with a diverse audience. 5. Experience with PR and Marketing Support: o Familiarity with PR and marketing practices, including collecting event materials for marketing use and assisting in content creation for websites and social media. 6. Feedback Collection and Analysis Skills: o Experience gathering and analyzing participant feedback, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations for program improvement. 7.
