Job responsibility
1. Office management
- Environmental maintenance: manage the cleanliness and tidiness of the office environment and create a good working environment.
- Office supplies procurement and management: responsible for the procurement, distribution and inventory management of office supplies to ensure sufficient office resources.
2. Logistics support
- Meeting and event management: responsible for the organization, coordination, venue layout and logistics support of company meetings and activities.
- Visitor reception: arrange and receive visitors, coordinate the visit process, and ensure a good experience for customers and partners.
3. Personnel and administrative support
- Onboarding and offboarding support: assist the human resources department to complete the onboarding and offboarding procedures of employees to ensure a smooth process.
4. Administrative system and process construction
- Process optimization: according to the needs of the company, continuously optimize the administrative work process and improve efficiency.
- System formulation and supervision: participate in the formulation of various administrative management systems of the company, and supervise the implementation to ensure the effective implementation of the system.
5. Project support work
- Assist sales personnel in data collection, sorting, invoice submission, etc.

- 制度制定和监督:参与公司各类行政管理制度的制定,并监督落实情况,确保制度有效执行。
5. 项目支持工作
-协助销售人员资料收集,整理,发票提交等。

Job requirements for administrative staff: Job requirement
1. Educational background
- Bachelor degree or above, no major limitation
- Strong writing skills and language expression ability, good written and oral communication skills.
- Chinese HSK5 and above, fluent in Chinese, can be used as a working language.
2. Work experience
- 3 years of work experience, understanding the basic process and norms of administrative work.
- Familiar with the company's document processing process and various administrative affairs, with experience in meeting arrangements, visitor reception, office supplies procurement, etc.
3. Skill requirements
- Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc. Familiar with basic skills such as file management and data statistics.
- Good organization and coordination skills, able to properly arrange daily work to ensure efficiency.
4. Communication and coordination
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to maintain good relations with various departments of the company to ensure smooth information flow.
