Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with universities and educational institutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to maximize revenue growth.
Create tailored proposals and presentations to meet client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Market Research and Strategy:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Act as a bridge between the company and clients to communicate market needs.

Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Provide ongoing support and follow-up to address client needs and resolve any issues.

Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align on business objectives.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
คุณสมบัติ
Qualifications:

Language Skills: Fluent in Thai and Business Level English (Japanese proficiency is a strong advantage).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the education or related industry.
Network: Established connections with universities and educational institutions in Thailand.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts.

Preferred Attributes:
Background in education, training, or EdTech industries.
Experience working in a multicultural or international business environment.
