ความรับผิดชอบ ลักษณะงาน 1. Interpretation and translation from English to Thai and vice versa. 2. Logistic arrangement for business trip, meeting, seminar and other events. 3. Document preparation (meeting memos, reports, data input, letters, etc.). 4. Accounting and procurement (price survey, communication with providers, preparation of purchase/service orders, on-site inspection, etc.). 5. Communication and coordination with Thai officials, researchers, and others. 6. Office maintenance. 7. Other administrative/secretarial work as required by JICA experts. | |
คุณสมบัติ ****This is not Thai government officer position.***** 1. Bachelor's degree or above. 2. Native language in Thai and excellent speaking, reading and writing ability in English. Knowledge of other languages including Japanese, Indonesian or Vietnamese will be an advantage. 3. Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet, email, other IT skills etc.). 4. Working experience in similar positions in government organization, university, or international organization will be an advantage. 5. Experiences with correspondence with government organizations/universities will be an advantage. 6. Working experience of travel agent will be an advantage. 7. Working experience on procurement will be an advantage. 8. ที่อยู่ (สถานที่ปฎิบัติงาน) ****Place of duty: mainly works at Ministry of Public Health, Tiwanon Road Talat Kwan, Muang, Nonthaburi 11000, with occasional travels to outside Bangkok, including abroad. The working place may be relocated to central Bangkok at a date to be determined. ****Normal working hours: 8:30 to 16:30 (lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00) from Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays. | |
