ความรับผิดชอบ ลักษณะงาน Join the team behind EveryWhr. – a leading luxury villa & concierge brand. We’re looking for a highly organized, Thai-speaking Personal Assistant to support daily operations, guest logistics, scheduling, and admin for our growing hospitality business. You’ll work directly with the founder and core team to keep things running smoothly across villas, partners, and projects. This is not a beginner role—we’re looking for someone who’s already worked as a PA or in high-end hospitality and knows how to handle pressure, multitask, and communicate clearly. What you’ll do: • Manage schedules, calls, and appointments for the CEO • Assist with daily operations (bookings, vendor coordination, guest needs) • Handle admin tasks—Google Sheets, WhatsApp follow-ups, paperwork, etc. • Coordinate with cleaners, drivers, and external service providers • Support ongoing projects and special requests (no two days are the same) | |
คุณสมบัติ Must-haves: • Thai national • Fluent Thai and good English (spoken + written) • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in hospitality operations • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently • Tech-savvy (Google Drive, WhatsApp, booking systems) • Based in or near Rawai/Chalong area • Owns a motorbike or car Bonus if you have: • Experience with Guesty or other booking platforms • Background in property management or concierge services • Strong communication and problem-solving skills | |
