ความรับผิดชอบ ลักษณะงาน We’re looking for a sharp, experienced Villa Manager who speaks English, Thai, and Chinese (Mandarin) to take full ownership of the guest experience at our luxury villas in Rawai. You’ll be the main point of contact for guests—from check-in to check-out—and ensure every stay runs smoothly. This is an on-site role that blends hospitality, logistics, and smart communication in a fast-moving environment. What you’ll do: • Welcome and check in guests at the villa (and check them out on departure) • Handle guest communications before and during their stay (via WhatsApp & Guesty) • Coordinate with cleaning teams, drivers, and in-villa service providers • Solve problems quickly and professionally—escalate only when needed • Represent the EveryWhr. brand with confidence, clarity, and a great attitude • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays | |
