| ความรับผิดชอบ ลักษณะงาน What You’ll Do As a Content Creator or Video Producer Intern, you will take ownership of brand storytelling, campaign execution, and strategic growth across all marketing channels: As a Content Creator Intern, you’ll: - Content Strategy & Creation: Lead and execute creative content ideas across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. Plan, film, and edit impactful short-form videos and design engaging posts and visuals that align with ROUND8’s brand identity. - Strategic Marketing Operations: Design and implement data-driven digital and offline marketing strategies to grow our user base and increase brand awareness. Brand Management: Refine and maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with ALLROUNDERS’ values and mission. - Integrated Campaigns: Conceptualize, execute, and analyze 360° marketing campaigns to engage audiences, drive conversions, and amplify our platform’s message. - User Acquisition & Retention: Apply platform marketing strategies to attract new users and foster loyalty among existing ones. - Market Insights: Monitor trends, analyze market data, and provide insights to guide marketing strategy and creative development. - Video Production & Creative Development: Support video shoots, including interviews and behind-the-scenes content. Brainstorm and develop fresh content ideas that resonate with the target audience. - Performance Optimization: Track content performance across channels and recommend improvements to boost reach and engagement. | |
| คุณสมบัติ What We’re Looking For: - Final-year students or fresh graduates (expected graduation 2025–2026) - Based in Bangkok and able to work in Thailand - Commitment to a 3-month full-time internship - Hands-on experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro - Comfortable using Canva, Photoshop, or similar design platforms - Strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling for social-first content - Confident in shooting with smartphones or basic video equipment - Creative, proactive, and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced startup - Excellent communication skills in English and Thai - Bonus: Experience in front of the camera or interest in being featured in videos - Bonus: Korean language skills are a plus! | |
