ความรับผิดชอบ ลักษณะงาน
Responsibilities:
● Manage and oversee end-to-end product lifecycle including testing and evaluation of product quality
● Understanding in product development and manufacturing processes
● Oversee technical specifications and pricing, and liaise with the sales team on providing sales and technical support
● Collect and analyze data to define strategic direction and be able to develop product strategy and roadmaps
● Conduct market research to identify customer needs, pain point, trends and opportunities
● Provide technical support in products to clients
● Ensure safety standards and regulations
● Other tasks as assigned by the line manager
คุณสมบัติ
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field with significant relevant experience
● Strong English writing skills
● Chinese proficiency in both speaking and writing (HSK5 or above) (optional)*
● Preferably 1–3 years of experience in product management in lighting products
• Strong understanding in lighting technologies, industry and practices
● Experience in startups or familiarity with Chinese business models is a plus
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
● Highly organized, able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
● Comfortable managing projects independently
● Own a car and hold a valid driving license
