| ความรับผิดชอบ ลักษณะงาน Essential Responsibilities • Carry out research, proof of concept (POC), biological analysis, data collection, and result interpretation using descriptive statistics, lab execution systems (e.g., LIMS, iLES, ELN), and project management tools. • Perform literature search and data investigations as they relate to the research and/or as assigned. • Plan and undertake experiments, trials, and data analysis in the controlled lab-based environment, greenhouse, and field. • Can independently follow established standard protocols. Record observations accurately, report results, and present the work independently. • Due to the dynamic environment in which research exists, one must show flexibility in performing principal duties, creativity, and responsibilities as research projects evolve. • Organize and maintain laboratory logs to track samples/specimens and lab inventory. • Keep up to date with relevant scientific and technical developments. • Troubleshoot the experiments and common laboratory problems. | |
| คุณสมบัติ Qualifications and Personal Requirements • Minimum M.Sc. in Plant Biology, Plant Biotechnology, Agriculture, or a related scientific field is required. • At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred. • Skills in plant biology and tissue culture-based techniques are required. • Interest and knowledge in plant biology, plant biotechnology, and/or agricultural research for plant breeding and crop improvement, with the ability to navigate and assemble the information. • Familiarity with basic lab tools, equipment, computers (databases, spreadsheets, statistics, presentation slides), scientific procedures, and result presentation. • English language skill is required. • Habit of cleanliness in which aseptic activities are required to prevent contamination of samples. • Good eyesight, good hand-eye coordination, detail-oriented, and accuracy. • Good attitude, interpersonal skills, logical mind, and being a team player. | |
