ความรับผิดชอบ ลักษณะงาน Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and skilled After-Sales and Technical Support Manager to join our Southeast Asia team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between sales, operations, and technical teams by delivering high-impact technical support, hands-on field commissioning, and after-sales service for our renewable energy solutions across the region, with a strong focus on the Thai market. Responsibilities: -Sales & Operational Support: Provide technical sales enablement, product training, company presentations, and operational guidance to partners and clients. -On-Site Field Support: Travel on-site as required to lead or assist with equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales service. -Issue Tracking & R&D Liaison: Gather customer feedback and feature requirements, systematically track issues, and collaborate closely with R&D teams using standard technical measurement tools to resolve complex problems. -Product Improvement & Insights: Regularly analyze customer needs and project implementation feedback to formulate actionable recommendations and plans for continuous product enhancement.
คุณสมบัติ Key Requirements: -Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with photovoltaic (PV) modules, solar inverters, and energy storage systems (ESS). -Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Thailand market. -Language Proficiency: Proficient working fluency in English or Chinese (written and spoken). -Residency: Local Thai nationals or candidates holding a valid Thailand residence/work permit are strongly preferred.
