ความรับผิดชอบ ลักษณะงาน • Develop and execute social media strategies in alignment with brand guidelines and platform standards. • Create, generate, and edit engaging social media content. • Optimize content across all online media channels. • Regularly update and manage social media platforms. • Monitor social media trends and analyze data, metrics, and insights to provide actionable best practices. Build positive relations with customer clubs and social media communities and recommend relevant engagement activities. • Collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams to launch, build, and maintain corporate, product, and promotional campaigns. • Analyze the success of campaigns and assess ROI. | |
คุณสมบัติ • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts, Digital Media, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, with expertise in understanding metrics, generating reports, and providing analysis and strategic recommendations. • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and campaign optimization techniques, including SEM, SEO, and social media advertising. • Proficiency in Thai and English, both spoken and written; Chinese language skills are a plus. • Experience in the logistics industry is preferred. • Excellent coordination, communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Strong ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications. • Capable of working quickly and independently within a cross-functional, multicultural team. • Passionate about staying up-to-date with the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape. | |
