ความรับผิดชอบ ลักษณะงาน
1. Customer Support
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about products or services.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.

2. Problem Solving
Identify customers’ needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

3. Order & Account Management
Assist with placing, tracking, or modifying orders.

Help customers update their accounts, reset passwords, or manage subscriptions.

4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Prepare reports on customer service activities or trends when needed.

5. Customer Retention
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they’re satisfied.

Proactively offer solutions or services that improve customer experience and loyalty.

6. Knowledge Maintenance
Stay up to date on product/service changes, policies, and system tools.

Participate in training or team meetings to stay aligned with company standards.

7. Quality & Compliance
Follow company policies and customer service guidelines.

Meet individual or team targets related to quality, efficiency, or satisfaction.
